ROC The Block – Prentis Park

We had over 200 employees participating in RTB. The city picked up 110 Pounds of Bulk waste and 300 Bags of trash throughout the neighborhood. Parks and Recreation Landscape Division Working from a staging area at Jefferson St. and Pearl St., made significant progress cleaning the area bounded by Race St., Effingham St., Jefferson St., and Des Moines Ave.

The team collected more than 60 bags of trash and cleared substantial debris, including tree limbs and boxes. We also received 16 tickets through SeeClickFix for issues to be followed up on. Behavior Healthcare and Social Services were on site for residents to talk to about the services they provide for the citizens
